The London Marathon is an iconic and world famous event. Be swept away in the incredible atmosphere and be cheered on by thousands - including the BDA's Cheering squad!
The BDA have limited spaces in the 2026 London Marathon and we ask our runners to raise a minimum of 拢2,500 and pay a 拢100 registration fee if selected to run. You'll receive excellent fundraising support, a BDA branded vest or T-Shirt, the option to join our closed London Marathon Facebook group and monthly London Marathon newsletters full of useful tips. To apply, complete the form below.
If you would rather send a video/audio to answer the following questions, please email your application to fundraising@bdadyslexia.org.uk - please ensure you answer all the questions.
Have you applied through the ballot?
We recommend anyone applying to the BDA for a charity place also enters the ballot. The ballot opens on Friday 25th April and closes on Friday 2nd May. If you are lucky enough to get a place through the ballot, you can still get all the benefits of being a member of #TeamBDA and our cheering squad will still be on hand to give you a big cheer as you approach the finish line, but it allows us to make our team even bigger!
Please email fundraising@bdadyslexia.org.uk if you have a ballot place and want to run for the BDA.
